Larry Korte

After keeping books and tracking my small business ventures in grade school and high school, I decided to get an electrical engineering degree.  After 10+ years of developing computer technologies and managing very large projects for other companies, I decided it was time to go back to my own business ventures.  For the past 10+ years I've been blending technology for communication and training with business.

What an exciting time to effectively communicate with people; whether it's customers, members, people in need, government officials, or people looking to make a difference in the world.  It doesn't matter where people live and work, whether local or distant, we're all connected.

I enjoy helping long-term clients maximize the power of technology at a level that they can afford with a mix of self-directed communication and communication we develop and maintain.

Wouldn't it be nice to leverage technology from a business perspective; whether you are a nonprofit, trade association, or business?

Excellent!  Thanks so much, as always, for your expediency.  We couldn’t remain as updated and fresh without you.

Diane Korte, Planner

I am a land use planner with over twenty years of experience in both the public sector and private practice.  As a member of many teams, I have coordinated the review of development projects and facilitated citizen participation in land use planning.

Frustrated by the limitations of public service, I respectfully stepped away from being a bureaucrat.  I knew there were better ways to communicate the data, analysis, expertise and diverse viewpoints I had encountered daily.

As a self employed consultant, I have had the opportunity to bring my enthusiasm

  • for people working well together
  • formulating plans
  • respectfully disagreeing with each other
  • focusing their resources
  • getting things done

to a different playing field.

The quality of how a group interacts amongst themselves, how they communicate, resolve differences, adapt to change, and create intent, has everything to do with the quality of what they do in the world.
